The Design Story

Lizzard Sunrise softens Cavalli's reptile skin into pastel sunrise colours, finished with 24k gold paint: glamour you can actually set a table with. Roberto Cavalli opened his house in Florence in 1970, made animal print his signature, and in 2012 took it home with the launch of Roberto Cavalli Home at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.

Why You'll Love It

The design does the decorating, so even a simple coffee looks considered. Bone china is lighter and whiter than ordinary porcelain, which makes the print read crisply. The 24k gold detailing catches candlelight beautifully. It mixes easily with plain whites or with other Cavalli patterns. The branded box makes it an effortless, impressive gift. And it carries the name of one of Italy's boldest fashion houses.
