Shipping within the U.S.
- LoftModern.com currently offers Free Shipping* within the U.S. for orders over $100. *Free Shipping is only for Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Curbside Delivery for large items such as sofa, bed, cabinetry or chandeliers.
- Shipping via Air either 3-day, 2nd day or overnight is a separate charge. Please email us to inquire expedited shipment.
- We charge $27 for ground shipping for orders below $100.
- We also offer a separate quote for White Glove delivery and/or assembly of large furniture items such as sofa, bed, cabinetry or storage within the U.S.
International Shipping Info
We ship internationally on select brands. We recommend you to send us an email to request for a shipping quote. Please send your inquiry to email@example.com with the following info:
- Item(s) you would like to order and the quantity
- Complete shipping address
- Required voltage for lighting fixtures
- How soon you need the items
For orders already placed where the Shipping address is outside the U.S., you will receive an email notification if it will be processed, or a shipping quote including the estimated delivery time will be sent.
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for brokerage fees, duties and taxes. We will also indicate this in the shipping quote we will provide.
It is a good practice for online shoppers like you to read a store’s return policy for peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchases.
All Claims for defective products or Logistics Claims for incorrect products ordered or shipped must be reported within 2 days of receiving of shipment. All details concerning the nature and the extent of the damages as well as photos and videos of the damage must be provided within 2 days of receiving of merchandise. We require a minimum of three photos from several different angles that clearly depict the damage including photo of the packaging.
The warranty shall not be applied to product defects caused by incorrect assembly, improper use, or uses for which the product is not normally intended, failure to comply with the operating and maintenance instructions or normal wear.

What are the items you could return?
- Items received damaged or broken. A replacement item will be sent.
- Incorrect items that were shipped.
NOTE: Items that have been installed/assembled are non-returnable.
What to do next?
The best way to get the return expedited is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
- Full Name of Recipient
- Order Number
- Attachment of picture showing the damaged part of the item and packaging or box
Once we have received your email, we will immediately provide you with instructions on what to do with the item. Please do not throw the box or any packaging materials that come with the item/s.
Please make sure to inspect the delivered items once you have received them. We allow a 5-day grace period to report and return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you.
Refunds or Store Credits
Refunds or store credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
