Original BTC Cobb Large Pendant is a pendant light and made in England by the Oxfordshire lighting house founded by Peter Bowles in 1990.

The Design Story
The Cobb starts from a humble source, the lamp a Dutch cobbler hung over his bench, and turns it into something refined: a wide, shallow shade cast in bone china, hung on braided cotton cable. Every bone china piece is cast in Original BTC’s own Stoke-on-Trent factory, a multi-day process of pouring, drying, hand finishing and firing that gives the material its glow.

An electrician connects it to a ceiling box. You choose the drop at installation. Switch it off, then dust it with a soft cloth or wipe with plain water and dry it well. Treat the shade like fine china, because it is.
