Original BTC Task Pendant is a pendant light and made in England by the Oxfordshire lighting house founded by Peter Bowles in 1990.
Wired for North America (120V AC).
The Design Story
Task comes from the British tradition of honest work lights; the streamlined shade puts strong light right on the job. Its metal parts are shaped in Original BTC’s own metal works, a Birmingham workshop it took on in 2011 that still spins, welds and solders brass, copper and aluminium the traditional way.
Why You’ll Love It
It is practical first, and that’s exactly why it looks so good. Spun and hand-finished metal gives a solid, made-to-last feel you notice the moment you lift it.
Made for Real Life
An electrician connects it to a ceiling box. You choose the drop at installation. Wipe it with a soft cloth, barely damp, and dry it. No solvents or scouring pads on the metal.
