The Design Story

TOV Furniture designs pieces that bring boutique-hotel character into everyday homes, and the Slab table follows that approach. The material does the talking: hand-woven seagrass adds natural, textured warmth. Skillfully Handmade (TOV).

Why You'll Love It

At 16" it sits close to sofa-seat height, so drinks and books stay within easy reach (our guide). TOV rates the top for 185 lb, so a stack of books or a heavy lamp is no trouble. No tools are involved: it comes out of the box ready to use.

Made for Real Life

The top is rated for 185 lb (TOV), so it is built for daily use, not just for show. Keep it looking fresh: dust with a soft brush or cloth, wipe with a barely damp cloth, and keep it out of direct sun and damp rooms.

Where It Shines

It shines in living rooms and dens, in front of the sofa. Center it on a rug in front of the sofa with 16–18" to the seat edge and a tray on top to corral remotes and candles.
