LAGONA Pebble-Shaped Felt Placemats by blomus — A felt placemat with a soft, tapered organic shape, water-repellent and heat resistant, sold singly in four colors.
Part of LAGONA, the organic-shaped felt placemats from the German design house blomus.
The Design Story
studio blomus gave the placemat the shape of a smooth pebble, so a set of them looks like a landscape around the table. LAGONA comes from studio blomus, the brand’s own design team in Sundern.
LAGONA is a pebble-shaped felt placemat that gives every place setting its own small landscape.
Why You’ll Love It
Felt is soft, quiet and protective, and the organic shape brings warmth to a modern table. Mixing colors is half the fun.
Made for Real Life
Wipe with a damp cloth; blomus does not list LAGONA as machine washable. Pairs well with the flatware set, boomerang trivet and coaster stack.

Why We Love It
A soft shape and a soft material change the whole mood of a table. From a small town in Germany’s old steel region, the Blome family has gone from bicycle parts (1921) to metal gifts (1961) to the design label blomus (2000), still family-run in its fourth generation. LoftModern is an authorized blomus retailer.
