The Design Story

The carafe brings FUUMI’s tinted glass to the middle of the table, topped with a natural cork. FUUMI comes from studio blomus, the brand’s own design team in Sundern.

FUUMI is glassware with a tinted heart: a solid-colored bowl in smoky gray or coffee brown, lifted on a stem and foot of clear glass. Because each piece is blown by mouth, the color pools and thins a little differently every time.

Made for Real Life

The glass carafe is dishwasher safe, according to blomus; wipe the cork lid by hand and let it dry, and do not put it in the dishwasher. Flow lines, tiny bubbles and slight differences in thickness and tint are normal in mouth-blown glass. Pairs well with the tumblers, white wine glasses and red wine glasses.
