Boyhood Fröbel Star Table Oak Ornament — It is a holiday decoration that never crumples.

Made by Boyhood, Denmark, in solid wood.

The Design Story

Folding Fröbel stars from strips of paper is a Christmas tradition in many homes. Boyhood carves the sixteen-pointed star in solid oak with soft edges, to bring out year after year. Boyhood is a Danish design brand founded by designer Jakob Burgsø. The studio makes collectible wooden icons from solid FSC-certified wood, including officially licensed characters from some of the world’s best-known brands.

Why You’ll Love It

It is a holiday decoration that never crumples. Oak or smoked oak, standing or hanging. Because it is solid wood, no two pieces share exactly the same grain.

Made for Real Life

Dust with a dry, soft cloth, and use just water on a damp cloth for marks, then dry it. Strong sun can shift the color of oak over time, and Boyhood recommends keeping solid wood away from stoves and radiators. Display it with Boyhood Fröbel Star Table Smoked Oak Ornament, Boyhood Fröbel Star Hanging Oak Ornament.
