This is the can above the ceiling; the trim is chosen separately. Trims that fit: NLCBC-569, NLCBC2-551, NLCBC2-556, NT-5070, NTM-513.

Skip it for anyone who wants a finished light in one box: the trim is sold separately; or inside a shower or anywhere water hits the fixture directly (damp rated, not wet rated).

Is the trim included?
No. This is the housing (the can) that is installed above the ceiling. The trim you see from the room is chosen separately, so you can pick the look, beam and finish. Trims that fit include NLCBC-569, NLCBC2-551, NLCBC2-556, NT-5070 and NTM-513.
Can I install it in a finished ceiling?
Yes. It is a remodel housing, made to go in from below through a cutout in an existing ceiling.
Can insulation touch this housing?
Yes. It is IC rated, so insulation can be in direct contact with it, and it is air-tight to cut drafts and energy loss.
Is it okay for a bathroom?
Yes for general bathroom lighting, since it is damp-rated, but not inside a shower where water hits it directly.
How quickly will it ship?
