ET2 Teardrop Pear Shade Pendant Light

Teardrop is a single pear-shaped metal shade that hangs on a long, narrow cable. ET2 describes the bulb glowing from within the curved shade and spilling its light into a warm pool below.

The finish is Satin Nickel.

The Design Story

The Teardrop collection comes down to one voluptuous shape. The shade is finished here in Satin Nickel, and the cable is long and thin so the pear is the only thing the eye settles on. ET2 offers the collection in other finishes, and we list the Satin Nickel version. The bulb sits inside the solid shade, so the light spills out of the bottom.

Why You’ll Love It

Teardrop is 6.5 in across and 14 in tall and takes one E26 bulb of up to 75W. The bulb is not included, so you can choose the warmth and shape you like. It is dimmable. Because it is a solid shade over a single bulb, it gives a clear pool of light below, which is useful over a table, a counter or a bedside. The cord is 120 in and the minimum overall height is 18 in, so you can set the drop to suit the space, up to a maximum overall height of 146 in.

Made for Real Life

This fixture uses standard replaceable bulbs. 1 x E26 Medium (A19) socket, bulb not included. We suggest a dry microfiber cloth for the finish and no spray cleaners.

Questions We Hear Most

Does Teardrop include a bulb?

No. It takes one E26 medium bulb (A19) up to 75W, and the bulb is not included. The fixture is dimmable.

How long is the cord on the Teardrop, and can I set the hanging height?

Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 146 in. The shortest hang is 18 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.

What kind of light does the Teardrop give?

That is up to the bulb you choose: the fixture takes one standard E26 bulb, so brightness and warmth depend on the bulb you install, up to 75W.

Will my dimmer work with it?

Yes, it is a dimmable fixture. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.

What bulb does the Teardrop take?

1 x E26 Medium (A19) socket, bulb not included. Bulb choice affects brightness and warmth, so we suggest staying at or below the listed wattage.

Where can I install the Teardrop?

It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
