Souffle is a ring of cast concrete with a scalloped edge, inspired by ramekins. It comes in three diameters: 25, 33 and 41 inches.
It comes in 3 versions: 25 in, 33 in and 41 in. Finishes: Chalk White, Gray and Terra Cotta.

The Design Story
Deep concrete pans hold integrated LED sources behind curved opal white acrylic diffusers. The concrete keeps its organic texture, and the finishes are Chalk White, Gray and Terra Cotta. The three sizes share one design.
Why You’ll Love It
A scalloped ring is a softer shape than a plain circle, and the concrete gives it weight without a heavy look. The 25-inch ring suits a smaller table or entry, the 33-inch suits a standard dining table, and the 41-inch covers a wide table or an open room. The LED is dimmable on Triac or ELV circuits at 120V.
Made for Real Life
The LED is built in, so there is no bulb to find or match. We suggest a dry microfiber cloth for the finish and no spray cleaners.

Questions We Hear Most
How do I choose between the three sizes?
The ring measures 25, 33 or 41 inches across and is 3.25 inches tall in each size. Pick the diameter to sit a little narrower than the table or island below it. Each size comes in all three finishes.
How long is the cord on the Souffle, and can I set the hanging height?
Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 120 in. The shortest hang is 7 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.
How much light does the Souffle give?
Delivered output in lumens is 2000 (25 in), 2900 (33 in), 3200 (41 in), with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac or ELV at 120V. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Souffle be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Where can I install the Souffle?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
