How long is the cord on the Serpentine, and can I set the hanging height?
Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 152.25 in. The shortest hang is 62 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.
How much light does the Serpentine give?
Delivered output is 5500 lumens, with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac or ELV at 120V. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Serpentine be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Where can I install the Serpentine?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. The canopy suits sloped ceilings up to 15 degrees. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
