Sasha is a pendant of handmade fritted glass discs gathered under a metal collar, made by CTO Lighting of London. It is 23.6 in across and 13.8 in high.

The Design Story
Every glass disc on Sasha is different. CTO's artisans form each one by hand, using a process that leaves undulations and crystal-like textures in the surface, and set them against a satin metal collar. The piece is sculptural when it is off, and when it is on the discs diffuse the light into a soft, warm glow.
The Story of CTO Lighting
Chris and Clare Turner founded CTO Lighting in London in 1998 on one principle: design lights of uncompromising quality, using only the finest materials and working with elite British craftsmen. Chris is an engineer who designs and builds with meticulous detail, and Clare brings the eye of fashion. Together they built a name for understated luxury in hand-finished brass, mouth-blown glass and artisan-cut stone, and the collection has gone on to light The Savoy, The Dorchester, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Chiltern Firehouse.
How It Was Made
CTO's artisans hand-form and finish every glass disc, so no two Sasha pendants are identical. CTO assembles each light to order in England.

The Finishes
Bronze. Deep, rich color and a robust build bring a touch of historical weight to a modern room, with a warm, inviting glow.
Satin Brass. Warm golden tones and a brushed, satin surface give a soft sheen that feels luxurious but understated. CTO selects the metal for its durability and beauty.
Fritted Glass. CTO developed its signature fritted glass with its artisan partners. Each disc is hand-formed, so the texture and the fall of light vary from piece to piece.

Sasha suits smaller rooms and tighter spaces. CTO suggests hanging it above side tables, coffee tables or consoles, or in multiples above a kitchen island or a larger dining table. It has a strong presence without crowding the room.
Made for Real Life
The 110-130V version takes three E12 bulbs (60W maximum, or 6.5W LED at 2700K) and needs a dimmable bulb with a trailing-edge (phase-cut) dimmer to dim. It weighs 33.1 lb, and CTO asks you to check that the ceiling can carry it. It is IP20 for dry indoor rooms and hangs from a 39.4 in drop rod you can shorten on site. Dust with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Skip detergents and abrasives.

Yes, with a dimmable bulb. CTO lists a trailing-edge (phase-cut) dimmer for the 110-130V version.

How far does it hang?
CTO supplies a 39.4 in (1000 mm) drop rod that you adjust on site. The minimum overall drop is 16.7 in (425 mm).

How do I clean it?
Dust with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. If a mark remains, use a slightly damp lint-free cloth, then dry it with a soft dry one. CTO advises against detergents and abrasive cleaners.
