The Design Story

Every tube carries a Satin Brass or Gold band, and that band is where light slips out behind the metal while the bottom of the tube throws light straight down. Finishes pair Satin Nickel with Satin Brass, or Black with Gold. The 3-light and 7-light sit on round canopies, and the 8-light runs along a long bar canopy.

Questions We Hear Most

How is the 8-light different from the 3 and 7-light versions?

The 3-light and 7-light hang from round canopies. The 8-light uses a long, narrow canopy, so it suits a linear space like an island. All three share the same tube and band design.

How long is the cord on the Reveal, and can I set the hanging height?

Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 134 in. The shortest hang is 15 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.

How much light does the Reveal give?

Delivered output in lumens is 350 (3-Light Black / Gold), 349 (3-Light Satin Nickel / Satin Brass), 820 (7-Light Black / Gold), 815 (7-Light Satin Nickel / Satin Brass), 931 (8-Light), with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.

Will my dimmer work with it?

ET2 lists the dimming as Dimmable (3-Light Black / Gold and 7-Light Black / Gold), ELV or Triac (3-Light Satin Nickel / Satin Brass, 7-Light Satin Nickel / Satin Brass and 8-Light). Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.

Can the LED in the Reveal be replaced?

The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.

Where can I install the Reveal?

It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope: Up to 30 degrees (3-Light Satin Nickel / Satin Brass, 7-Light Satin Nickel / Satin Brass and 8-Light); not listed for 3-Light Black / Gold and 7-Light Black / Gold. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
