How long is the cord on the Quest, and can I set the hanging height?
Cord length is 120 in. ET2 lists a maximum overall height of 60 in and a minimum of 24 in, so confirm the hanging height with us before you order if your ceiling is high.
How much light does the Quest give?
Delivered output is 2520 lumens, with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 80+.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac or ELV. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Quest be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 30,000 hours.
Where can I install the Quest?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. The canopy suits sloped ceilings up to 70 degrees. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
