Kaia is a 20 inch LED ring surrounded by hand-wrapped synthetic rattan, made for covered outdoor spaces. It is offered in Antique Bronze and Gray, which ET2 calls its Natural and Grey tones.

The Design Story

The rattan surrounds the LED frame and softens the ring shape. ET2 describes non-corrosive construction and a damp rating, so it suits covered exterior spaces. Kaia is also made as 36 and 48 inch pendants.

It gives 1250 lumens, with five selectable color temperatures from 2200K to 4000K. It dims on Triac or ELV at 120V and is 3.75 inches high.

Can I use Kaia indoors?

The fixture is rated damp and ET2 describes it for covered exterior spaces such as patios and lounges. Please keep it out of open exposure to rain, and ask us if you plan an indoor install.

How big is the Kaia?

The fixture itself measures 3.75 in tall and 20 in across.

How much light does the Kaia give?

Delivered output is 1250 lumens, with a color temperature that is selectable: 2200K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K and CRI 90.

Will my dimmer work with it?

ET2 lists the dimming as Triac or ELV at 120V. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.

Can the LED in the Kaia be replaced?

The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 40,000 hours.

Where can I install the Kaia?

It is damp rated, which suits covered exterior spaces such as a patio or lounge. It is not meant for open exposure to rain. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
