Gia Linear takes the facets of Asfour crystal and runs them along a chrome bar, so the fixture draws a long, glittering line above a table or counter. It is as architectural as it is decorative.
Three lengths, 48, 72 and 96 inches, let it span anything from a modest dining table to a banquet.
The designer and the story
Filipe Lisboa began in Portugal, moved into lighting and founded Viso in 1999. Gia Linear is part of the Origins collection, and Viso lists Host on Howard, the Ritz-Carlton Residences and Nusr-Et Steakhouse among related installations.

What is it made of?
Four-faceted clear Asfour crystal on a chrome plated frame, with a chrome metal canopy.
What does the light look like?
A line of small, sparkling sources. The facets scatter each lamp into reflections across the table and nearby walls.
How does it pair with a room?
Chrome and crystal suit stone, glass and dark timber. Over a long table it brings formality; over a kitchen island it adds glamour.
How do I clean it?
Our advice: let it cool, then wipe the crystals with a soft lint-free cloth. Viso does not publish care instructions for Gia.
What should I check before ordering?
The length, the 117 inch overall drop, the lamp count and wattage, and the installer's plan for supporting the fixture.
