Chestnut, one plate of champagne metal doing the work of a sconce
Chestnut on its own is a single disc of champagne-finished metal holding a light. It sits flat to the wall or ceiling and glows softly around its edge, a more restrained take on the cluster.
Three sizes, 12, 14 and 16 inches, let it work as a small accent or a larger wall plate.
The designer and the story
Chestnut was designed by Viso Design Studio, the in-house team at the company Filipe Lisboa founded in 1999. Viso offers it as a single plate and as clusters of four, six, nine and eleven.

What is it made of?
Metal with a champagne finish, with a white diffuser.
What is the light like?
A warm 3000K glow from a 12 W LED.
How do I use several together?
Hang a row of identical plates at the same height, or stagger sizes for a looser rhythm.
How should I clean it?
Our advice: let it cool and wipe with a soft dry cloth. Viso does not publish care instructions for Chestnut.
What should I check before ordering?
The plate size, the junction box position and the dimmer type.
