Made for Real Life
The G9 bi-pin lamp is easy to replace. Polish the glass now and then with a soft microfiber cloth. The brass is a living finish that deepens with age. A soft, dry cloth keeps the metalwork clean. Pair it with an LED-compatible ELV or TRIAC dimmer to go from bright to candle-soft. Mounts with the light facing up or down.

What is the idea behind the Orbel?

Which Orbel finish works with my palette?
Our take: black gives a crisp, graphic outline; brass brings warmth to wood and earthy tones; nickel feels bright and luminous.
Is the Orbel bright enough for a hallway or vanity?
It is mood lighting: with warm LED bulbs it gives a soft glow, so add another source for tasks.
Where does the Orbel look best?
At 12.9″ tall and 5″ wide, it is a compact accent for bedsides, powder rooms and narrow walls. Center it around 60–66″ from the floor.
Can I use the Orbel in a bathroom?
Yes, it is rated for damp indoor locations and covered outdoor spaces. A covered porch works too.
Does the Orbel come with bulbs?
No. It ships without bulbs and takes one G9 bi-pin bulb up to 5W, so you can choose the warmth you like.
How is the Orbel installed?
It is hardwired to a standard wall junction box by an electrician and covers it with a 12.9" x 5" Rectangle backplate. Mounts with the light facing up or down.
How soon can the Orbel arrive?
