We keep coming back to the Demetra Floor Lamp for true-to-life color (90+ CRI) and a motion sensor that turns it off for you. Designed by Naoto Fukasawa, and a iF Product Design Award winner.
Perfect for reading chairs, sofas and living rooms; studios that need light without a ceiling fixture.
Maybe not for bathrooms, showers, covered porches or outdoor spaces: it is rated IP20 for dry indoor locations.
Our pick: Grey, LED 9.2W · 3000K · Dimmer, for built-in LED, no bulbs needed and a warm-but-clear 3000K glow. That version ships from Artemide in 2–4 weeks.
