Pablo Studio and Carmine Deganello
Pablo Studio is a small group of makers and inventors with diverse backgrounds in industrial design and craft, and a deep understanding of manufacturing, materials and technology. The team approaches each project by isolating a concept, refining it and reducing it to its central principle. Experimentation and meticulous attention to detail shape the studio’s work. The result is intuitive lighting that invites discovery, creates personal connections and brings new possibilities to everyday life.
Carmine Deganello is a product and architectural designer based in Amsterdam and Milan. His experimental approach begins with material research, revealing unexpected possibilities in form and production. A graduate of Florence’s Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche, his long-term collaboration with Pablo Designs include Solis, Talia and the T.O collection, reflecting a shared sensitivity to materials and light. His work has been presented at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan and the MAK Museum in Vienna.

The Design Story
Talia Table is by Pablo Studio and Carmine Deganello (2020). Pablo describes a refined, compact design that embraces only the essential elements to fulfill its purpose: fully dimmable, glare-free flat light paired with 360° post rotation and 180° shade rotation, so one lamp can serve both task and ambient lighting. The Table model adds wireless induction charging and a USB port.
Why You’ll Love It
It is a lamp that adapts as your day does: aim it at your keyboard at noon, swing the shade toward the wall at night. Your phone charges on the base without a cable, and the matte-and-gloss finishes make it a quiet, refined object even when it is off.
Made for Real Life
It plugs in on a 6-foot cord, dims with an ADA-compliant touch switch and ships flat-packed. The integrated LED is rated for 50,000 hours, and the wireless charger shuts off automatically after 6 hours.

Questions We Hear Most
What makes Talia different from other desk lamps?
Its two rotations (post 360°, shade 180°) let one slim lamp be both a task light and an ambient light.
Can Talia charge my phone overnight?
Yes, on the wireless pad in its base; there is a USB port too. The charger turns off automatically after 6 hours.
Can I change the color temperature?
No. Pablo’s sheet lists a single 3000K warm white; you can dim it full-range from 100% to 10% or use the 2-stage 100/40% setting.
Is Talia good for small spaces?
It is ideal: the base is just 3.9 × 6.4 inches.
Who is Talia not for?
Anyone who wants a battery-powered or hardwired lamp: it plugs into an outlet with a 24 W power supply on a 6 ft cord.
Which Talia finish is most refined?
The Black/Brass and White/Silver versions, where a metallic post meets the monochrome shade and base.
