ET2 describes Tether as a playful design, and the pairing of brass and leather is the reason: it feels part industrial, part crafted. The finish is Natural Aged Brass. The LED is hidden in the ring and casts light both above and below the fixture. ET2 notes it suits both modern and transitional settings.

Tether measures 22.75 in long (the canopy bar), 5.5 in wide and 19.75 in tall, with a 72 in cord and a maximum overall height of 83 in. The LED gives 740 lumens at 3000K and 90 CRI, dimmable with ELV or Triac. Because the light goes up and down, the ceiling and the surface below both get some of it. A pair hung on each side of a bed or over the two ends of a console reads as a deliberate pair of circles.

How long is the cord on the Tether, and can I set the hanging height?

Cord length is 72 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 83 in. The shortest hang is 49.25 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.

How much light does the Tether give?

Delivered output is 740 lumens, with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.

Will my dimmer work with it?

ET2 lists the dimming as ELV or Triac. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.

Can the LED in the Tether be replaced?

The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.

Where can I install the Tether?

It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
