The Design Story

ET2 builds Sven around a machined aluminum font topped by a clear glass dome. It is offered in two finishes, Silver with a Polished Chrome accent or Black with a brushed Coffee finish. The version listed here is the Black and Coffee one, a deep two-tone that gives the metal warmth against the clear glass.

At 8 in across and 11.25 in tall, Sven is a compact pendant that works alone or in a row. It puts out 190 lumens at 3000K with an 80+ CRI, so it is an accent and task light more than a room light, and it is easiest to use in groups of two to four. The minimum overall height is 13.25 in, so it can hang close, and the 120 in cord allows a long drop. Clear glass keeps sight lines open across a kitchen or hall.

How long is the cord on the Sven, and can I set the hanging height?

Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 133.25 in. The shortest hang is 13.25 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.

Will my dimmer work with it?

Where can I install the Sven?

It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
