Phoenix is a spun aluminum shade with angular lines, multiple joints and peaks, and a bottom edge that turns inward to hold a black steel wire cage.
It comes in 3 versions: 9 in, 16 in and 18.5 in. Finishes: Brick / Black and Black / Gold.
The Design Story
ET2 calls Phoenix both modern and industrial: a classic shade concept refreshed in a clean, contemporary execution. The inward return at the bottom is not only decorative. It supports a wire network of black steel that forms a cage without visible hardware. The lamp shines light below and disperses it through the wireway for a radiating pattern.
Why You’ll Love It
Three sizes, 9, 16 and 18.5 in, are offered, in Brick / Black or Black / Gold. The shade is powder coated, and the bulb is included. The cage lets some light escape in a pattern, so the fixture is a downlight with a bit of glow around it.
Made for Real Life
This fixture uses standard replaceable bulbs. 1 x E26 Medium (A19) socket, bulb included (9 in and 18.5 in), 1 x E26 Medium socket, bulb included (16 in). We suggest a dry microfiber cloth for the finish and no spray cleaners.
