Lyra is a crescent of cast glass held in golden rings and hung from slender black cables. The glass swirls clear and white, so the shape looks like a moon with a pattern.
The finish is Gold. Glass: White Spiral.
The Design Story
ET2 named Lyra for the Greek constellation associated with music and harmony, and describes it as a balance between sculpture and light. The crescent is cast glass swirled in clear and white, cradled in golden rings and suspended by slender black cables, and the shape echoes the curve of a lyre. The fixture is 8.75 inches wide and 9.5 inches tall, in a Gold finish.

The thin cables make the crescent look weightless, and the gold rings add warmth. It is small enough to use in pairs beside a bed or in a group at different heights over a table. ET2 lists a maximum overall height of 131 inches and a minimum of 11 inches, so it can be set for a high stair or a low table.
How long is the cord on the Lyra, and can I set the hanging height?
Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 131 in. The shortest hang is 11 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.
How much light does the Lyra give?
Delivered output is 290 lumens, with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac, ELV or 0-10V. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Lyra be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Where can I install the Lyra?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
