Joist is a 45 inch linear pendant with horizontal spans of natural wood around an evenly diffused LED. It comes in three finishes.
Finishes: Driftwood / Charcoal, Walnut / Black and Antique Brass.
The Design Story
The frame is wood, with Walnut and Black, Walnut and Antique Brass, and solid oak in a hand-applied Driftwood and Charcoal finish. Inside it, an acrylic diffuser spreads LED light in all directions.

It is 45.25 inches long, 2 inches wide and 4 inches tall, so it takes little visual space over a long surface. It gives 1680 lumens at 3000K and dims with Triac, ELV or 0-10V controls.
Made for Real Life
The LED is built in, so there is no bulb to find or match. We suggest a dry microfiber cloth for the finish and no spray cleaners.

Questions We Hear Most
How do the three versions differ?
Size and electrical specs are the same. The Walnut versions come with Black or Antique Brass accents, and the third version is solid oak in Driftwood and Charcoal.
How low does the Joist hang, and can I set the height?
The fixture body is 4 in tall. ET2 lists a maximum overall height of 125.5 in counting the fixture, canopy and the cord or wire, with 120 in of cord or wire supplied. The shortest hang is 5.75 in. The overall height is set at install, so measure from the ceiling to where you want the fixture to sit.
How much light does the Joist give?
Delivered output is 1680 lumens, with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac, ELV or 0-10V. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Joist be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Where can I install the Joist?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. The canopy suits sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
