Questions We Hear Most
Can I change the color temperature?
Yes. The spec lists a 30, 35 or 40 selection, meaning 3000K, 3500K or 4000K.
How long is the cord on the Entanglement, and can I set the hanging height?
Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 134.5 in. The shortest hang is 15 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.
How much light does the Entanglement give?
Delivered output is 1800 lumens, with a color temperature that is selectable: 3000K, 3500K and 4000K and CRI 90.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac, ELV or 0-10V. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Entanglement be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Where can I install the Entanglement?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
