Charm is an LED linear pendant built from rings of beveled crystal set into a Polished Chrome band. It comes in two versions: 3-light and 5-light.

The Design Story
Rings of beveled crystal are mounted into a Polished Chrome band and hung from cable. ET2 describes the rings as floating in air, with rings of different sizes hung side by side to form one light shape. The light source is integrated LED, and the only finish is Polished Chrome.

Made for Real Life

Which version of the Charm should I choose?
Choose by the length of the surface below it. The 3-light version is 20.5 inches long and the 5-light version is 37.25 inches long. Both are Polished Chrome with crystal rings and integrated LED, and both are rated for dry locations.
How low does the Charm hang, and can I set the height?
The fixture body is 11.75 in (3-Light), 13.75 in (5-Light) tall. ET2 lists a maximum overall height of 136 in counting the fixture, canopy and the cord or wire, with 177 in of cord or wire supplied. The shortest hang is 20.25 in. The overall height is set at install, so measure from the ceiling to where you want the fixture to sit.
How much light does the Charm give?
Delivered output in lumens is 2500 (3-Light), 4540 (5-Light), with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90+.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as Triac. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Charm be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 25,000 hours.
Where can I install the Charm?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
