Swinger is a flush mount from Maxim Lighting. It comes in 3 sizes: 5.25 in, 3.25 in high; 5 in; and 5.25 in, 4 in high. It is offered in Black or White.
The Design Story
Swinger hides an extending arm in its cylindrical housing. Unthread the top half to extend the frame and swing the light into position, then twist the lens to adjust the beam spread. An adjustable spotlight disguised as a simple surface mount.
Why You’ll Love It
An integrated LED does the work, so there are no bulbs to change; it puts out 1030 to 1790 lumens. The light is a 3000K white. Maxim rates the LED for 25,000 hours. Maxim rates it for Triac or ELV at 120V dimming. The 5.25 in sizes are ENERGY STAR certified, and the 5 in size is JA8 listed for California Title 24. Materials: aluminum, glass.

Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet for each size: 5.25 in, 3.25 in high (PDF), 5 in (PDF) and 5.25 in, 4 in high (PDF). We recommend a qualified electrician for the install.
