With the Paramus Teak Counter or Bar Stool, sohoConcept and sohoConcept in-house design team set out to make an everyday stool feel tailored: a woven rope seat and back. Behind the quiet lines is contract-grade construction meant for years of daily use.
The Design Story
Since 2000, sohoConcept has worked from one idea: strip a piece back to what matters, then build it to last. That clean-lined language is equally at home in a residence or a hotel; the studio's furniture has been specified for W Hotels New York, Aloft Brooklyn and the Delta Hotels in Toronto.
Inside, the stool is built on solid grade A teak, natural finish. The Paramus Teak Counter or Bar Stool comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.
