Drawn by sohoConcept in-house design team for sohoConcept, the Palu Arm Dining Chair treats a dining chair as something to be looked at as much as used, built around an upholstered seat on black steel with beech arms. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
Since 2000, sohoConcept has worked from one idea: strip a piece back to what matters, then build it to last. That clean-lined language is equally at home in a residence or a hotel; the studio's furniture has been specified for W Hotels New York, Aloft Brooklyn and the Delta Hotels in Toronto.
Inside, the dining chair is built on a steel legs in black powder paint. Each one is made in Türkiye. The Palu Arm Dining Chair comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.

Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Keep wood away from direct heat and sun, and dust it with a dry cloth. Wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth; skip scouring pads.
