Mod is a bath vanity light from Maxim Lighting. It comes in 2 sizes: 2-Light, 14.25 in wide and 3-Light, 22 in wide. Clear and Frosted glass is paired with a Satin Nickel finish.
The Design Story
Mod is a contemporary study in cylinders: clear glass shades with frosted interior diffusers sit on a Satin Nickel frame, so the light is bright but softened. Built on LED technology, it offers a clean, energy-conscious glow in a transitional form. The chandelier and mini pendant can stand alone or work together, and the polished, neutral finish blends easily with most modern kitchens and dining rooms.
Why You’ll Love It
An integrated LED does the work, so there are no bulbs to change; it puts out 1100 to 1700 lumens. The light is a 3000K white. Maxim rates it for Triac CL dimming. Materials: steel, glass.

Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet for each size: 2-Light, 14.25 in wide (PDF) and 3-Light, 22 in wide (PDF). We recommend a qualified electrician for the install.

Above the bathroom mirror, where it lights the face evenly for grooming and makeup, and over a powder-room or dressing-table mirror. Choose a length close to the width of the mirror, or a little shorter, for balanced light.
Questions We Hear Most
What sizes does the Mod bath vanity light come in?
It comes in 2-Light: 14.25 in (36.2 cm) wide by 6.75 in (17.1 cm) high, extending 7.75 in (19.7 cm) from the wall; 3-Light: 22 in (55.9 cm) wide by 6.75 in (17.1 cm) high, extending 7.75 in (19.7 cm) from the wall. Pick a length close to the width of your mirror, or a little shorter.
Does it need bulbs, and can I dim it?

How high should I mount it?
Over a mirror, a vanity light usually goes about 75 to 80 in from the floor, centered above the mirror. Beside a mirror, mount a pair at about eye level. It extends 7.75 in (19.7 cm) from the wall. Mounts facing up.
Can it go in a bathroom or outdoors?
It is damp rated, so it can go in bathrooms away from direct water and in covered outdoor spaces like porches.
