Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. Nubuck PPM and S-PPM are polyurethane performance leathers; velvet and Juno boucle bring a softer, textured hand. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

Drawn by sohoConcept in-house design team for sohoConcept, the Marash Spider Swivel Dining Chair treats a dining chair as something to be looked at as much as used, built around an upholstered seat on aluminum base. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept was founded in 2000 around a short brief: design down to the essentials, and let long-term durability and quality show through a clean-lined form language. The same pieces are made for homes and for contract interiors, and the studio's work has furnished W Hotels and the Paramount Hotel in New York, The Atlantis in the Bahamas and the CN Tower in Toronto.
Inside, the dining chair is built on a steel frame with S-shaped springs, molded injected polyurethane foam. The base is four-star aluminum swivel base in polished aluminum, black or brass finish. Each one is made in Türkiye. The Marash Spider Swivel Dining Chair comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.

Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Keep wood away from direct heat and sun, and dust it with a dry cloth. Wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth; skip scouring pads.
