The Lido is a wall sconce from Besa in Chrome or Satin Nickel hardware, with Opal Matte glass.
The Design Story
What sets it apart is the glass. A plain opal glass cylinder on a slim plated bracket whose fitter turns, so the glass can stand vertical, lie horizontal, face up or face down. This is the single-light version of Lido. Our photos come from Besa’s 3-light fixture, and the glass is identical here. Finish photos are shown in Satin Nickel; the glass is the same in the other finishes. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
