Base finish
With the Lamer Commercial Table Base, sohoConcept set out to make an everyday table feel tailored: a polished stainless steel 4-star, dining height. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
Since 2000, sohoConcept has worked from one idea: strip a piece back to what matters, then build it to last. That clean-lined language is equally at home in a residence or a hotel; the studio's furniture has been specified for W Hotels New York, Aloft Brooklyn and the Delta Hotels in Toronto.
The base is aluminum tube, 2.3 in diameter (5.8 cm).
