Meet the Designer
Designed by
Angie Thornbury, ASID/CID
La Fête Design is the brainchild of Angie Thornbury, ASID/CID, and is made in Valencia, California.
Her work is drawn as soft, rounded, modular forms, each one meant to read as a shape in the landscape before it reads as furniture.
The Design Story
Three Cot resort daybeds run along a U, Stand corner ottomans turn the angles, Roll bolsters and L-Roll cushions shape the back, and two oval Footnote floor pads sit in the middle as low, sculptural tables. All of it is in one marine-grade vinyl, ready for a 13 ft by 13 ft cabana or terrace.
What sets La Fête apart is the form itself: rounded, patented, and drawn to be approached from every side, then upholstered in Chill White, an open canvas for embroidery or slipcovers, or in ten further vinyl colors.
Why You'll Love It
- Designed for a 13 ft by 13 ft footprint
- Made in Valencia, California; arrives fully assembled
- The brand designs the line for indoor and outdoor use, including hospitality
Made for Real Life
- Plan a 13 by 13 ft area. The brand layout is a U: daybeds on three sides, corner ottomans at the turns, oval Footnote pads in the middle as low tables.
- Bolsters and L-Roll cushions are loose and form the backrest; shift them for lounging or sitting upright.
- Everything arrives assembled; the longest piece is the 74 in Cot, so check door and gate widths.
- The brand states this piece cannot ship by FedEx Ground; delivery is a scheduled special delivery arranged with the factory.
- Use one vinyl color throughout and plan pillow storage, since pillows are not included.
Wipe with mild dish soap and warm water, then rinse with clear water. For a stubborn mark, use a soft brush with a gentle non-abrasive cleanser and light pressure, because abrasive products can dull the vinyl's protective finish. The brand also sells its own vinyl cleaner and conditioning cream, and a damaged or outdated cover can be replaced.
Worth knowing
- Small spaces; this is the largest Club Now layout
- Anyone who needs dining-height upright seating
- Buyers who want individual pieces in different colors
- Projects that require published weight, warranty or lead time
