La Fête Design is the brainchild of Angie Thornbury, ASID/CID, and is made in Valencia, California.
Her work is drawn as soft, rounded, modular forms, each one meant to read as a shape in the landscape before it reads as furniture.
The Design Story
Its clean, solid sides and generous 96 in by 96 in top give a pool edge or lounge a bold horizontal gesture, and in the brand's own photography it is paired along the water as a continuous band. The surface is yacht-quality marine-grade vinyl over strong structural foam, and in Chill White it becomes the open canvas the brand invites you to embroider or slip-cover.
The brand calls its world The Scene Outdoors: modern outdoor furniture drawn as sculpture first, then engineered for pools, decks, rooftops and sun rooms. Every piece is made in California.
