La Fête Design is the brainchild of Angie Thornbury, ASID/CID, and is made in Valencia, California.
Her work is drawn as soft, rounded, modular forms, each one meant to read as a shape in the landscape before it reads as furniture.
The Design Story
The elongated curve softens a conversation group in a way a square never could, and one piece takes the place of both a coffee table and extra seating. Paired with the lower Footnote, it creates a two-level landscape in a single color.
The brand calls its world The Scene Outdoors: modern outdoor furniture drawn as sculpture first, then engineered for pools, decks, rooftops and sun rooms. Every piece is made in California.
