La Fête Design is the brainchild of Angie Thornbury, ASID/CID, and is made in Valencia, California.
Her work is drawn as soft, rounded, modular forms, each one meant to read as a shape in the landscape before it reads as furniture.
The Design Story
It brings one soft curve into a space of hard lines, 78 in across the flat and 39 in deep, and it can repeat along a wall like a row of crescents. As with every La Fête piece, the Chill White vinyl is an open canvas for embroidery or slipcovers.
La Fête Design is a Los Angeles company noted for striking, sculptural lounge seating. Its patented, modular forms are made in Valencia, California, in lightweight, weatherproof materials and dressed in marine-grade vinyl.
