iCorona Friends of Hue is a single LED pendant in Matte White, 28.5 inches by 28.5 inches, with a color-changing light engine and Friends of Hue controls.
The finish is Matte White.
The Design Story
The iCorona line won the 2020 Red Dot Award. ET2 describes a color changing light engine encased inside a dual Matte White ring. The pendant is 4 inches high and hangs on a 120 inch wire, so the overall height adjusts from 23.75 to 123.75 inches. The canopy is 8.75 by 8.75 inches and 1.75 inches high.
Why You’ll Love It
ET2 says you can adjust the color and brightness and set routines for wellness and security, at home or away, through Friends of Hue, and by voice when paired with compatible smart home devices. The 60 watt integrated LED delivers 2,800 lumens with a CRI of 90 or higher and a 50,000 hour rated life, on 120V input.
Made for Real Life
The LED is built in, so there is no bulb to find or match. Wipe the finish with a soft damp cloth and skip abrasive or solvent cleaners.
Putting It Together
ET2 posts an assembly sheet for this item: Assembly sheet (PDF). ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
