Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM is a polyurethane performance leather, PPM-FR is its flame-retardant version, nubuck is a soft brushed finish and the off-white seat is a looped boucle. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, Camira Blazer is a wool contract fabric, and the caramel seat is full-grain Italian leather. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

The Gazel Galata Counter or Bar Stool by sohoConcept in-house design team is sohoConcept's take on the stool as a crafted object: an upholstered tub seat on steel tube legs. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
Since 2000, sohoConcept has worked from one idea: strip a piece back to what matters, then build it to last. That clean-lined language is equally at home in a residence or a hotel; the studio's furniture has been specified for W Hotels New York, Aloft Brooklyn and the Delta Hotels in Toronto.
Inside, the stool is built on a steel frame with S-shaped springs, molded injected polyurethane foam. The base is steel tubular legs with footrest, in black powder coat, chrome or brass. Each one is made in Türkiye. The Gazel Galata Counter or Bar Stool comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.

Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth; skip scouring pads.
