Edge is a flush mount from Maxim Lighting. It comes in 2 sizes: 7 in and 11 in. Clear and Frosted shade is paired with a choice of Black, White, Natural Aged Brass or Satin Nickel.
The Design Story
Edge is defined by its layered, dimensional shade. Thick, miter-cut clear acrylic encases an inner opal white diffuser that glows evenly from a high-powered integrated LED, giving a crisp, contemporary frame of light.
Why You’ll Love It
An integrated LED does the work, so there are no bulbs to change; it puts out 1100 to 1800 lumens. The light is a 3000K white. Maxim rates the LED for 50,000 hours. Maxim rates it for Triac/ELV dimming. Materials: iron.

It comes in 7 in (17.8 cm) wide, 1.5 in high; 11 in (27.9 cm) wide, 1.5 in high. Larger rooms take the larger size.
Which finishes and options are available?
It comes in Black, White, Natural Aged Brass or Satin Nickel. Not every combination is made in every size; the options above show only the versions Maxim produces.
Does it need bulbs, and can I dim it?
It has a built-in LED, so there are no bulbs to buy or change. It works with Triac/ELV dimmers.
Will it work with a low ceiling?
It sits 1.5 in (3.8 cm) below the ceiling. That low profile suits ceilings under 8 ft.
Can it go in a bathroom or outdoors?
It is wet rated, so it can go in showers and in outdoor spaces exposed to rain.
