Dapper is a flush mount from Maxim Lighting. It comes in 2 sizes: 12 in and 16 in. White shade is paired with a Black / Antique Brass finish.
The Design Story
Dapper is a slim two-tone LED flush mount in Black and Antique Brass, made to coordinate with the black-and-gold hardware, furniture and plumbing that define so many current interiors. The low profile keeps it understated while the finish adds a tailored accent.
Why You’ll Love It
An integrated LED does the work, so there are no bulbs to change; it puts out 1200 to 1700 lumens. The light is a 3000K white. Maxim rates the LED for 50,000 hours. Maxim rates it for Triac dimming. Materials: steel.
Not sure which finish to pick? Finishes explained walks through the options.
Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet for each size: 12 in (PDF) and 16 in (PDF). We recommend a qualified electrician for the install.

In hallways, closets, laundry rooms, bedrooms and kitchens, and anywhere the ceiling is under about 8 ft. A flush mount sits tight to the ceiling, so it keeps walkways clear while lighting the whole room.
