Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM and the flame-retardant PPM-FR are polyurethane performance leathers. Camira Era is a woven contract fabric, and Camira Blazer and Zap are wool upholstery fabrics. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.
Base finish
With the Dallas Piston Adjustable Stool, sohoConcept and sohoConcept in-house design team set out to make an everyday stool feel tailored: an upholstered seat, square base, half footrest. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept was founded in 2000 around a short brief: design down to the essentials, and let long-term durability and quality show through a clean-lined form language. The same pieces are made for homes and for contract interiors, and the studio's work has furnished W Hotels and the Paramount Hotel in New York, The Atlantis in the Bahamas and the CN Tower in Toronto.
The base is brushed stainless steel square base with half footrest. The Dallas Piston Adjustable Stool comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.

Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth; skip scouring pads.
