Seat upholstery. Faux leather and PPM-FR are wipeable polyurethane leathers, smoke grey nubuck is a soft brushed fabric, and Camira Blazer is a pure-wool contract fabric. The back shell is American walnut plywood on every color. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.
Base finishes
The Corona Adjustable Piston Stool by Namik Ozkaynak is sohoConcept's take on the stool as a crafted object: a comfort seat on t-footrest base. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept began in 2000 with a focus on the essentials: lasting construction, honest materials and a clean line. Its collection moves easily between residential rooms and contract projects, from the Paramount Hotel in Manhattan to Milos restaurant in Miami and The Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.
The base is t-footrest on a polished stainless square base, or a round base in polished or brushed stainless steel. Each one is made in Türkiye. Namik Ozkaynak designed the Corona for sohoConcept and offers the one silhouette on a choice of bases and heights, so the same design can carry from a dining room to a kitchen counter or a lounge.

Where It's Best Placed
At a kitchen island, a home bar or a café counter, where its profile is seen from every side.
Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Keep wood away from direct heat and sun, and dust it with a dry cloth. Wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth; skip scouring pads.
