Compass is a flush mount from Maxim Lighting. It measures 15.75 in (40 cm) wide and stands 8.75 in (22.2 cm) high. It is finished in Antique Pecan / Black.
The Design Story
Compass revisits the popular sphere in heavy channel metal, finished to resemble wood. Barn wood or antique pecan tones carry black accents, which sharpen the open framework and give it a graphic edge. The look of timber comes with the toughness of metal, so the finish holds up where real wood might not. As an open sphere, it throws light and shadow in all directions, adding interest to an entry, dining area or living room corner.
Why You’ll Love It
It takes E26 Medium bulbs up to 60W per socket, which makes it easy to choose your own color temperature and brightness. Materials: steel.

Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet (PDF) for this fixture. We recommend a qualified electrician for the install.
