Carillon is a mini pendant from Maxim Lighting. It comes in 2 sizes: 7 in and 10.5 in. It is offered in Black / Satin Brass or White/Satin Brass.
The Design Story
Carillon draws its shape from the bell: full-bodied, rounded and generously proportioned. Aluminum shades come in two-tone black or white with satin brass banding, so each pendant reads as a graphic object with a hint of gold. Sizes range from tall and slender to conventional and oversized, which allows variation in height and scale across a space. The enclosed bell directs incandescent light downward in a clear pool, working well over islands, dining tables and entryways.
Why You’ll Love It
It takes E26 Medium bulbs up to 60W per socket, which makes it easy to choose your own color temperature and brightness. Materials: alumimum.

Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet for each size: 7 in (PDF) and 10.5 in (PDF). We recommend a qualified electrician for the install.

Where It Shines
Over a kitchen island in a row of two or three, above a bedside table in place of a lamp, over a sink or breakfast table, or alone in a hallway or entry. Over an island, hang it about 30 to 36 in above the counter.
Questions We Hear Most
What sizes does the Carillon mini pendant come in?
It comes in 7 in (7 in (17.8 cm) wide, 15 in high) and 10.5 in (10.5 in (26.7 cm) wide, 11.75 in high). Pick the size by the surface or room it hangs over: wider tables and taller rooms take the larger size.
Which finishes and options are available?
The frame comes in Black / Satin Brass or White/Satin Brass. Not every combination is made in every size; the options above show only the versions Maxim produces.
Which bulbs does it use, and can I dim it?
Each socket takes an E26 Medium bulb up to 60W. A warm 2700K LED bulb gives a soft, welcoming glow. Bulbs are not included.
How far does it hang from the ceiling?
The 7 in hangs to a maximum overall height of 137.5 in and can be shortened to 15.75 in. The 10.5 in hangs to a maximum overall height of 134.5 in and can be shortened to 12.5 in.
Can it go on a sloped ceiling or in a bathroom?
It is rated for dry locations: dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and entries, but not bathrooms near the shower or covered porches.
Why We Love It
Full-bodied aluminum bells banded in satin brass come in tall, standard and oversized scales.
