Capitol is a flush mount from Maxim Lighting. It measures 9.75 in (24.8 cm) wide and stands 9 in (22.9 cm) high. It is finished in Black / Antique Brass.
The Design Story
Capitol keeps things plain and well-made. Matte black steel takes antique brass accents, a combination that matches hardware and plumbing finishes easily throughout a house. Clear glass diffusers complete the fixture, letting the lamp show while smoothing glare. Linear and single pendants share the same restrained lines, with an industrial edge that reads clean rather than rough. Used in a row over a kitchen island or by itself at a stair landing, it offers an easy, refined contrast of black and brass.
Why You’ll Love It
It takes E26 Medium bulbs up to 60W per socket, which makes it easy to choose your own color temperature and brightness. Materials: steel+glass.
Not sure which finish to pick? Finishes explained walks through the options.
Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet (PDF) for this fixture. We recommend a qualified electrician for the install.
