Top. The top is white Italian Carrara marble bonded to two polished stainless steel end frames. Every stone top is unique.
Frame finish
Drawn by Namik Ozkaynak for sohoConcept, the Calvin Console Sofa Table treats a sofa as something to be looked at as much as used, built around a white Carrara marble on polished steel. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept began in 2000 with a focus on the essentials: lasting construction, honest materials and a clean line. Its collection moves easily between residential rooms and contract projects, from the Paramount Hotel in Manhattan to Milos restaurant in Miami and The Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.
Inside, the sofa is built on two polished (bright) stainless steel end frames. Namik Ozkaynak designed the Calvin for sohoConcept and offers the one silhouette on a choice of bases and heights, so the same design can carry from a dining room to a kitchen counter or a lounge.
