Base finishes
The Bosphorus U-Leg Table Base by Tayfur Ozkaynak is sohoConcept's take on the table as a crafted object: a chrome or black steel sleigh legs. It is built to contract standards, for homes as well as restaurants and hotels.
The Design Story
sohoConcept began in 2000 with a focus on the essentials: lasting construction, honest materials and a clean line. Its collection moves easily between residential rooms and contract projects, from the Paramount Hotel in Manhattan to Milos restaurant in Miami and The Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.
The base is pair of solid steel U-shaped sleigh legs. Each one is made in Türkiye. Tayfur Ozkaynak designed the Bosphorus for sohoConcept and offers the one silhouette on a choice of bases and heights, so the same design can carry from a dining room to a kitchen counter or a lounge.
